Partial outage - Recreatex Hosting issues

Dear Customers,

This morning we experienced a degraded performance on the level of SQL servers towards our datacenter for certain customers.

This performance issue happened between 09:50 and 10:10.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are currently implementing a fix an monitoring the situation.
